This is a great icepack! The long shape makes it perfect for small areas. The gel is dense and heavy, keeping cold for at least the 20 minutes my doctor prescribed cold therapy.

The product arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. It was shipped the day after I ordered and arrived quickly.
